increase in fees for QB Payments per transaction

When you process cards or ACH payments with a QuickBooks Payments account, there are processing fees for each transaction. You can get a solid understanding of your current account fees by reviewing our Processing Fees Explained page.

If you want to discuss processing fees for your QuickBooks Payments account further, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment and discuss any specific charges you have questions about.

Here's how:
 

1. Use your Help (?) icon. 
2. You can use QB Assistant and enter your question or topic. QB Assistant will provide options for you to get answers. Or, you can use the Search tab and enter a keyword or topic.
3. If you're using QB Assistant, type in "Talk to an expert" to receive options for contacting Customer Care. In the event you're on your Search tab, select Contact us.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
