Integrating a Digital Membership Card CRM with QuickBooks Online
Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on a custom CRM that manages digital membership card, including member registration, renewals, and subscription tracking.
I would like to integrate it with QuickBooks Online so that:

When a new member is added, a customer is automatically created in QuickBooks

When a membership is purchased or renewed, an invoice is generated automatically

Payment status updates back to the CRM

Renewal reminders align with invoice due dates
