Invoice was paid through Quickbooks but I don’t see the funds anywhere ? Where do they go ?

Since the payment was processed through QuickBooks, the funds should typically be deposited into the linked bank account in your Payments account. Verify this by checking the default bank under Account Profile in the Deposit Account Information section within your Merchant Service Account. I'll guide you through the process to locate the bank information in your Merchant Services account.

To check the transactions in the Merchant Service Center, here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
2. Select the Payments tab and then select Manage Account.  The Merchant Service Center opens. Note: Another way to check your transactions is to go directly to Intuit Merchant Services.
3. Go to Activity Reports, then Transactions. (I added a screenshot for your reference below.)

Please note that bank transfer payments take 2-7 banking days. Some banks may take longer to process the transaction. For credit card payments, it will take up to 1-2 banking days.
