Invoices Not Sending, failing to load

Invoices do not load and we can't make changes or save changes. Buttons at the bottom of the invoice screen are not "clickable". The only button that you can click on is Recurring. You can see the other buttons but you can't click on them.

File size warnings and character limit warning are not alerting the user so when invoices do save and "send" they fail because they exceed the attachment limit and/or the character limit. Support did not realize this was an issue because they did not get a warning and I did not get a warning.

I'm sharing a discovery regarding our current invoicing issues that support seems to have overlooked.

Our problematic invoices exceed the 20MB maximum attachment file size, with some reaching over 46MB. Previously, QBO alerted users when this limit was exceeded; however, that warning is no longer appearing. During my recent support call, the agent didn't recognize the total file size as an issue, as neither of us realized the attachments on the problematic invoices exceeded the 20MB limit.

When I duplicate an invoice and reduce the attachments to approximately 10MB, the invoices send without any issues. Please relay this information to the engineers, as the missing "File Size Attachment Warning" and "Character Over Limit" alerts seem to be contributing to these failures.

Are you aware of any changes to the character limit from 4000 or the file size limit from 20MB?

While I believe there are still other underlying invoicing issues, addressing these missing system warnings would be a significant step forward.
