Is anyone having issue with saved CC/BCC email addresses for invoices showing up and actually being saved on new invoices? It was working but now I don't see any.

We have not received any reports regarding this issue, Merredith.
 
Based on what you've shared, I recommend clearing your cache and removing Intuit-specific cookies to remove old files, allowing the browser to retrieve fresh data.

Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers and devices.
