Question

Is anyone having problems connecting Quickbooks to Discover Business account. Discover said that they are not allowing Quickbooks to connect. Any suggestions?

I appreciate you bringing this up, @llhess07. While the automatic connection isn’t working at the moment, no worries, you can manually download your transactions from your Discover Business account and easily import that file into QuickBooks Online.

 

Ensure that you follow QuickBooks’ CSV formatting guidelines to ensure the file imports smoothly. Once you have the CSV file ready, you can upload it directly into QBO. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Bank Transactions section and click the Link Account dropdown.
  2. Pick the option Upload from file.
  3. From the dropdown, select the bank account where you want to import the data. If you're new, you can choose +Add new.
  4. Next, click Upload from this device and locate the CSV file saved on your computer.
