As I know the limit is $49,999 per transaction for credit card payment. I am not sure for ACH payment. Are you B2B or B2C? You can use a 3rd party processor as a backup option.

Hi, Mike552. I can provide information about the limit of how much your customers could pay you using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payments.

Some (QBO) Payments users may have limits on the amount they can receive online through ACH bank transfers or credit card transactions within a rolling 30-day period. Once you reach your processing limit, customers will be temporarily unable to make online payments until the limit resets. However, you can still accept payments in cash or by check during this time.

You can contact our QuickBooks Payments Team to review your online payment limits and provide detailed information about your account. They can securely access your account, provide details about your limit, and assist with any necessary adjustments.

To contact our support, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help icon located at the top-right of your QuickBooks Online account.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Type in Talk to an Expert.
  5. Follow the prompts until you reach a live expert.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns with QuickBooks. I'm always here to assist you. Have a great day.
