Is there a way to setup an invoice template so when I create an invoice it auto populates options such as credit card fee?

There isn't a way to set up an invoice template that can auto-populate credit card fees. However, you can manually add a service item to charge the customer for the processing fee.

To keep things transparent, you can add details in the Description or Note to customer field for clarity and tracking purposes.

If you accept ACH payments, your customer can pay the convenience fee automatically.
