It's 2026 and I still can't link a Microsoft 365 account to QBO to send email

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn’t offer direct integration with Microsoft 365 for email functionality. You may consider sharing your suggestion directly with our product development team, as they review user feedback to inform future updates.
 

Here's how to send feedback:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestion (example: integrating Microsoft 365 for email functionality).
3. Click Submit to send your request directly to our developers.
    

As a temporary workaround, you can use a third-party application that acts as a bridge, allowing you to utilize your Microsoft 365 account for sending emails from QuickBooks Online.
