My account is suspended as I stopped using QuickBooks months ago. Now I’m trying to export my contacts customers vendors transactions etc . How do I do this ?

How long was the account suspended, Doug? If your account is suspended, you'll have a view-only access mode for a year from the day of suspension or cancellation. 

Within that period, you can still navigate the program and read your data, but cannot add nor edit the transactions. You can export reports to gather your company data: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
 

If you do not reactivate your account within a year, your data will be removed from the server. Your login credentials will still be available, however, your data will no longer be accessible.
