Sat - Sun, 7am - 4pm PST
Since the account has already been disconnected, the path forward is to reconnect it the same way you would set up any new bank connection.
Reconnect the account
- Go to Accounting, then Bank transactions.
- Select Connect account (or Link account, if you still have other accounts connected).
- Find your bank in the search bar, then select Continue.
- Sign in with your bank credentials, and complete any additional security checks your bank requires.
- Select the specific accounts you want to connect.
- Choose a date range for downloading transactions, then select Connect, then Done.
Keep in mind transactions older than 90 days won't come through automatically once reconnected. You'll need to add those manually if you need them.
If it still won't connect, or keeps dropping again
Try signing in to QuickBooks through a private or incognito browser window and reconnecting again. This rules out a browser extension or cached sign-in as the cause of repeated disconnects.
