My check register is stuck showing only expenses. I can't get it back to showing all transactions from newest to oldest.

It's possible that the expense filter was unintentionally applied, or it may have been caused by a system glitch that retained previous filter preferences automatically, @sedsys21.

To resolve this issue, refresh your browser and log back in. After logging in, check the register filters and remove any limitations on expenses. Set the date range to display all transactions, and adjust the sort order to show the newest transactions first.

Here's how:

  1. Inside the register, look for the filter icon, often in a funnel shape.
  2. Select the filter options and change the following to All in the Transaction Type.
  3. Filter the Date to All dates or a custom date range that covers all your transactions.

To display the most recent transactions first, set the sort order to descending by date (newest to oldest). Please see the screenshot for your reference.
