Question

None of my transactions since January 14, 2026 have shown up in my pending list to be matched/categorized. The bank accounts are still connected. What is the problem?

Let me help you find the missing transactions in your QuickBooks Online.

 

Since your bank account is still connected and you're unable to see the pending transactions, we can manually update your bank connection to sync any missing transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. Select the appropriate bank.
  4. Click Update.

 

If the update doesn't resolve the issue, import your missing bank transactions manually using a CSV file to keep your records complete.
