Not able to LOGIN TO INTUIT POP UP within Qbooks Pro 2019

So, this is not isolated to one computer. I have used Quickbooks for many years like 20 PLUS or when it first came out. I use the stand alone desktop program as I need it wherever I go on a laptop or a desktop and I am one user. I do not need all the fancy stuff or payroll etc and run a million dollar company by myself and now all of a sudden the "LOGIN TO INTUIT ACCOUNT" POP UP COMES and I click continue and it just spins its wheels and now on a timer when I will be LOCKED OUT OF MY BUSINESS SOFTWARE I LEGALLY PURCHASED AND IS LICENSED which will prevent me from making money and then I will have to take legal action if this happens unless this matter is fixed. I do not want to hear well you are out of support as this is NOT A TECHNICAL ISSUE ON MY END BUT THAT OF THE INTUIT SIDE AND NOT ABLE TO LOGIN WITHIN SOFTWARE and again this is on not just one computer further showing its a program Intuit issue!. Please assist, I have emailed the CEO directly but just want to be able to use my purchased software I have used for years ! I have an intuit account so that is NOT the issue. SOMEONE AT INTUIT PLEASE ASSIST, I just want to be able to bill my customers and soon this will prevent me from doing so ! INTUIT ISSUE NOT MINE!

Can you login to CAMPS and find your license code there?

It has nothing to do with my license code as I already have it, It has to do with the program itself, maybe from an update or not but when quickbooks within its software rendomly says to login to Intuit, it never gets to the login page just spins and spins and spins within the program. This is a Intuit software issue that needs to be fixed regardless its QB 2019 Pro or past warranty support.

 

Quickbooks can't all of a sudden do an update or stop the program from logging into Intuit for verification which will limit the program or stop it from fuctioning. I have a valid lifetime license period. 

 

Maybe they should fix it or advice how to ammend software from that pop up and allow me to run my business and others most likely too facing this issue.

 

AGAIN THIS IS EITHER the program itself or Intuit no longer allowing QB Pro 2019 to login to Intuit within the program. This is also not just on one computer but multiple computers with same issue so 100% can say Software or Intuit!

I am having the same issue, I can not login to send my statements for January 1st. Did you get this problem resolved and what did you do?

Try reinstalling 2019 with the original disc and turn off updates? >:D

I discovered today that I cannot login to Intuit and therefore am unable to change users.  Not sure what to do.

Hi there, @joemac07928. I would like to ask what specifically happens when you try to log in. Do you receive an error message, or have you forgotten your credentials? This information will help us address this matter promptly.

 

If you’ve forgotten your user ID, password, or are locked out of your Intuit Account, you can regain access by using your verified phone number or email address. You just need to open your web browser and go to the Intuit sign-in page.

 

Here are the next steps:

 

  1. Input your phone number, email, or user ID and click Sign in.
  2. Click Forgot password?.
  3. Select how you want to receive your verification code (call, text or email).
  4. Check your phone or email for the code.
  5. Enter the code on the sign-in page and select Continue.
  6. Follow the prompts to reset your password or sign in.
     

If you don’t have access to those, you can use the account recovery form and provide proof of identity to restore your account.

UMM, no you guys are trying to force me to updgrade and spend thousands or go online which is UNACCEPTABLE. I purchased a LICENSED STANDALONE PRODUCT and this now as of today is 100% interferring with my business and I have emailed your CEO and plan on filing a lawsuit of not resolved it is just plain BS.

 

My main computer now is logged out of my intuit account and will not log back in and gives me the 14 day and less timer like my other computers did and now I cannot EMAIL MY CUSTOMERS and I deal with the biggest companies in the world.

 

INTUIT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP BUSINESSES NOT HURT THEM!

Same Issue, I now have 28 days before I won't be able to see my company files. This is ridiculous.

Install the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 to isolate the problem.

Wouldnt that require upgrading the data to the new version.  We have about 20 small companies, mainly not operating entities but it seems unfair to cut off the software that we purchased.
