Question

Overtime not included on paycheck but shows up in timesheets

I have been trying to run payroll today in QBO. I have approved the timesheets in classic time, then gone to QBO time approvals to run the payroll. Once I click on Rune Payroll the overtime disappears. Is something going on with QBO payroll today?

Hello there, @DesireeS. If the Overtime column won't show after clicking Run Payroll, you can enable it by going to the Customize icon on the Run Payroll page.

 

The overtime should then show on your paycheck. Just make sure that before you approve the timesheet in classic time and go to time approvals, the correct amount of overtime is showing in the timesheet. If it's not showing, you may want to review the overtime settings by going to Company Settings > Payroll & Overtime > Overtime.
