  • We’ve sent over specific instructions. Following those steps as soon as possible is the best way to help us finalize the review.
  • We might need a little more info to finish things up. This could include:
    • A copy of the original invoice was sent to your customer.
    • Your bank statements from the last 6 months (or as many as you have). If you’re new, statements from a previous processor work too.
  • Ensure you’ve answered all questions from our team within the Resolution Center.

 

Once we have all the information we need, our goal is to finish the review within 2 business days.
