• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
   

If the problem doesn’t appear in incognito mode, then it's likely your regular browser's cached data or extensions might be causing the issue. To fix this, close your incognito window, go back to your usual browser and clear the cache, or try using another supported browser to see if the issue is specific to the browser.

2. Click on Help (?).
