Question

QB dropping logo from invoices when they are emailed

Using QB V2024 Accountant Desktop

We have the company logo setup for a client that prints on the invoice perfectly.  However, when that client emails those invoices form the Send Forms function in QB to the customer, the logo is being dropped off the pdf.  This happened a couple months ago and I was hoping it would be fixed by now or have something in the forum on how to fix it.  I can't find any comments related to the same problem.

How do we get the logo back onto the emailed pdf files? Again there is no issue with the logo when we simply print the invoice from QB.  Its only happening on those being emailed.  We have tried emailing them from different email platforms but having the same issue on each one.

Hi there, ES_ID.

I understand how important consistent branding is for your business, and I want to assure you that we’re here to help resolve this issue.

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) includes a tool called the QuickBooks Tool Hub that can fix common issues, including file problems, network errors, installation troubles, and PDF-related issues such as the one you’re experiencing with emailed invoices.

Here’s how to use the Tool Hub to address this issue:

  1. Back up your company file to ensure your data is secure.
  2. Close QuickBooks, then download and install the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Once installed, open the Tool Hub and select Program Problems.
  4. Click QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.

After the repair is finished, reopen QuickBooks and try emailing the invoice again.

If you get the same result, I recommend reviewing additional solutions in this article: Fix PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.
