QB Mobile login issues

I along with my partners are unable to login into QB mobile for the last 24 hours. It gets stuck on “loading your information”. I’ve done everything I could to get it up and running. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Updated to latest IOS. Restarted my phone multiple times. I’m running IPhone 17 pro max.

Any ideas would be helpful.

thanks!

QB Mobile login problems are usually caused by a stale app session, an outdated app version, or a cached credential conflict on the device itself. Our engineers see this constantly and most cases resolve with a few targeted steps.

First, force-close the QuickBooks app completely (swipe it away from your recent apps), then reopen it and attempt to sign in. If that does not work, check your app store for any available updates to the QuickBooks app and install them. An outdated version will frequently fail to authenticate against Intuit's current login servers.

If the app is current, try clearing the app cache from your phone's settings: Settings > Apps > QuickBooks > Storage > Clear Cache (and Clear Data if needed). You will need to sign back in afterward. On an iPhone, the equivalent step is offloading the app via Settings > General > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks > Offload App, then reinstalling it.

As a quick isolation test, try signing in to qbo.intuit.com from a mobile or desktop browser. If the browser login also fails, the issue is with your Intuit account credentials or a server-side lock -- in that case use the "I forgot my user ID" or "I forgot my password" recovery link on that page. If the browser works but the app does not, uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app almost always clears it up.
