QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

By default the Amazon QBO integration only shows 3 transactions within an Amazon order, but you can click "See All" to show all the transactions (and subsequently categorize all of them). This "See All" button no longer works (it used to; I used it about a month ago). When I click the "See All" button, nothing happens. In the browser JavaScript console I consistently get the following error:

TextField requires the use of one of these attributes: label, aria-label, aria-labelledby 2 ids.js:1:2676

I appreciate you adding your first post today, Sam. I want to share some troubleshooting guides to categorize your transactions accordingly.

The cache of your browser may have an impact on your experience. For now, you can try to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a private window to manage your Amazon entries and click the See All link successfully. The procedure can assist in removing any cache-related issues that may have caused the problems. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CtrlShift N
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CtrlShift P

If it works fine, switch back to your regular browser, then clear its cache to start fresh. However, if you encounter the same experience, try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result.

Aside from your Amazon entries, you may also run through the resources from this link for more reference while reviewing your banking entries in our system: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you may have to reconcile your accounts regularly to track the balances and match your bank and credit card statements.

Please feel free to click the Reply button, then leave a comment below if you have other questions while performing the steps provided to view your entries. I'm just a few clicks away to help. Have a good one!

Unfortunately clearing the cache, a private browser window, and different browsers all produce the exact same error, leading me to believe it's an error with the Quickbooks software.

Hello, @sam_grounded.

I understand the importance of maintaining a seamless integration to ensure accurate financial records. I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter.

It's possible that the connection was interrupted, leading to the current issue. No worries, we can easily troubleshoot this and re-establish the connection. Here's a step-by-step guide to guide you through the process:

  1. Initiate the reconnection process for the QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Amazon Business integration.
  2. Follow the prompts and select Next and then Continue as you navigate through the reconnection process.
  3. When prompted to choose a date to prevent any duplicate transactions from being imported. The default date is set to a year ago, so be sure to change this accordingly.
  4. To allow QuickBooks and Amazon Business to share product details, select Agree when prompted.
  5. Enter your Amazon Business login credentials, and then select Sign in.
  6. Once you've completed the above steps, select Check it out to finish the reconnection process.

In some cases, connecting an app with a high volume of daily transactions can occasionally cause performance issues. To address this, you can change the sync options within the app. Opt for a daily summary sync instead of individual transactions. This can help prevent freezing issues. If needed, you can reach out to Amazon for further assistance on adjusting these settings.

Furthermore, I recommend reconciling your accounts. This helps identify any disparities between your QuickBooks records and your bank statements. It also detects errors, like duplicate or missing transactions, as well as incorrect amounts.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you encounter any challenges during this process or if you need further assistance. Our team is here to support you and ensure a smooth integration

Hi there,

I ran into the same issue with the Amazon integration in QuickBooks. The "See All" button used to work fine for me, but then it just stopped doing anything. I also saw that same error in the browser console, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to work. It was frustrating because I knew there were more transactions I needed to see, but I couldn't access them.

I ended up switching to Synder, and it really made things simpler. Synder pulls in all the Amazon transactions automatically, so I didn’t have to click around or worry about missing information. Everything just shows up in QuickBooks clearly.

What I like most is that Synder keeps everything organized. Sales, fees, refunds, and shipping all come in correctly, and I don’t have to clean anything up or wonder if something got left out.

If you’re running into the same problems, I’d definitely suggest trying Synder. It saved me a lot of time and frustration.
