Intuit has been one the worse companies for it's customers for years. They want us to use the online version but refuse to have all of the desktop features online. How do we use online without what we need. Come on! A simple search in Other names and employees is not even available and been requested for many years. Simple features of the multiuser/single user mess. This is 2025 and we have to change for Single User for basic merging and other features. It is ridiculous. Intuit has throw the smallest amount of money possible at the desktop version for 15 years while using the small R&D budget to SLOWLY build out the online version. I'm perfectly happy with online is it is a decent app. However, there is a reason so many other apps have taken customers away from Intuit and this is another 30 plus year user that will leave Intuit for one of those.
