I am an experienced accountant based in the Republic of Moldova. I would like to learn QuickBooks Online, obtain an official certification, and offer remote bookkeeping services to US-based companies.

However, when I try to register for QuickBooks Online Accountant, I receive the following message: "This offer isn't available for your region."

Could you please clarify:

1. Is QuickBooks Online Accountant available for residents of Moldova?

2. Can I obtain the official QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification while living in Moldova?

3. Can a US-based company invite me to access its QuickBooks Online account and perform bookkeeping services remotely?

4. If ProAdvisor certification is unavailable in Moldova, is there another official certification or training option for international accountants?

I would appreciate guidance on how I can proceed legally and correctly without changing my actual country of residence.
