This company is a scam. The payments is a scam. The platform does not work at all. This what ever it is, is featureless, redundant and useless for any business.

How is anyone using this crap?

I can't even make a post or even get help because there is no help and even this forum is crap.

I am convinced quickbooks it the worse thing you could do for your business, convinced

The payments is a scam, it shows up when it wants to too and this random button on the app is dumb, it never shows up

Before we proceed, please provide a specific scenario about payments and the exact feature that won't work for you while using QuickBooks.

if you're expecting payments from customers, and if you've checked the status and we've deposited them, your money is on its way.

Keep in mind, some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. At this point, you'll need to work with your bank if they require additional steps.

Besides all the other issues and errors, the instant deposits is non existent. There is no instant deposits. I get paid and the money shows up when ever it wants to. The button to get funds now appears only when it wants too. I will be sending quickbooks my bank fees and quickbooks will be paying for them. I will be contacting a lawyer and proving the instant deposits is a falsely advertised non existent feature.

I have nothing but problems. The entire platform needs to scraped and redone, it is useless and garbage, the entire platform. Every feature needs to be fixed, every single endpoint any where in the platform needs to be fixed.

This is a 30 something year old company that over charges severely and the output is literally turds.
There are free software out there for accounting that is 100x better than this poorly designed and poorly developed crap. There is no excuse.

Then they can charged hundreds of dollars a month for this crap and then everyone goes home for the weekend and I have to sit on my hands and wait.

Screw intuit, screw quickbooks and screw anyone who uses this farce

They have even more egregious. They went from $650 every 3 years to $4900 per year if you want the software with DO IT YOURSELF payroll. Customer service is nasty and 2024 is the last desktop version they are coming out with because they are shutting down all desktop versions in May of 2027 after ripping off their loyal customers and their online version is terrible and all their customers hate it but their greed it too huge, their greed is blinding them. Did you get a lawyer? Will there be a class action suit? Post everything on social media, the world needs to know the kind of company they will be dealing with if the use quickbooks
