Quicken is sending access charges to the wrong bank account at US Bank

I need to contact Quicken/Quickbooks and have them change the US Bank account they are charging for downloading bank transactions to MoneyDance. I have spend a couple hours on the phone and have been unable to find the right person to talk to about this. The charges are still going to a closed account.
