Let's work together to fix your snap receipt issue, Golden.

To start, could you clarify if you have encountered an error when attempting to upload a receipt? Any additional information would be appreciated.

Before uploading, make sure that you're using the correct format to prevent any issues.

  • Remove any personal information, such as credit card numbers and government IDs.
  • Your receipt should be in one of these formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG.

If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, ensure you are using the accurate format to avoid issues when trying to upload a receipt. If so, then the problem continues; try clearing the app's cache to refresh it. Sometimes, old cached data can cause issues. Here's how:

For Android:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.

For iOS:

  1. Click the menu button.
  2. Then, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and click Refresh.

Otherwise, if you're uploading a receipt using a web browser and still encounter issues, try clearing your cache and cookies, as this can fix browser-related issues. You can consider updating your browser or trying a different one to avoid any upload problems.
