Question

Something went wrong. Please try later error on 1099s. How to resolve

I have be trying to file my 1099s for a week, but continue to receive an error message (something went wrong please try later) I have tried clearing my cache and using a different web browser, but still receive the message. I have also tried at different times of the day. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Since you've already tried clearing your cache and using a different we browser, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and tap Let's talk. 
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
