Yes, you can set up your Square app in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by using the Find Integrations.

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online
2. Head to the Search bar, and enter Find integrations.
   
3. Type Square and select Get Integration now.
   
4. Select Continue, then sign in to Square.
5. Select the Square locations and the bank account for deposits, then choose Next.
6. Choose to import sales individually or as a daily summary, then select Next.
7. Select a starting date and click Finish.
   
   

After that, the Square app downloads your Square transaction to QuickBooks. Then, it checks your Square account multiple times a day for the latest transactions.

Square only syncs with the revenue and cash flow side of the transactions. COGS manages its own inventory, and QBO manages its own separate set of Inventory Asset accounts and COGS entries. If you are using the Square connector by QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Live Support team for assistance. For other applications, please contact their support team to check if there are any available options for adding COGS. Here's how: 

1. On the Find Integration page, scroll down until you see the Support link.
   
   
2. Select the link provided.
3. Choose QuickBooks Online, then Continue.
   
4. Click the Help button and type Contact Us in the Search bar.
   
   
5. Select Contact Us.
6. Choose Callback.

The same also applies to other applications. Scroll down until you see the Support header.
