I also processed a payment for [PII removed.] on Friday, December 12th for $4,200, which cleared on Monday, and I have a follow-up payment of $5,400 pending. These transactions show my account and processes are correct. However, Carolyn’s payment is still on hold, delaying my work and affecting my business reputation.
