Question

System generated email isn't being sent when i complete an estimate. I'm not receiving my confirmation email and neither is the customer recieving their intended copy

My system shows that the email was sent and there's a time stamp on it but I've received nothing in the customer's receive nothing

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I will be happy to help you. Let's go ahead and reset/refresh your company email connection. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings and select Account settings.
  2. Select Company and then Contact info.
  3. Click the pencil icon, re-enter your email, and click SAVE.
  4. Once completed, hit Done.

Also, could you ask the customer to check their spam and junk folders, just in case it may have gone there.
