Question

time tracking issue. User opens the app but doesn't clock in right away. Then clocks in 20 min later. Clock in is when app was opened. Has anyone else had this happen?

Hello, @dwit. Occasionally, outdated app versions can cause UI lag. If a device’s memory is full, there may be a delay after a user taps Clock In, resulting in a discrepancy between the actual session start and the confirmed punch.

If you notice incorrect time tracking, you can check if the entry was manually created or edited by another user. To do this, navigate to Time Entries, locate the timesheet in question, and view the Timesheets Log. Review the log to see if the entry was created or modified by someone else as this often explains the discrepancy.

If the logs appear correct but the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. This ensures you have the latest update and restores optimal performance.
