Welcome to the Community, rkeller1.

Thank you for reaching out about the issue with copying sales invoice. I'd like to gather a bit more details about the issue wo we can work together to resolve it.

  • When you try to copy an invoice, what exactly happens? Is the "Copy" option grayed out, or does it appear clickable but nothing happens? Do you see any error message?
  • Does the invoice you're trying to copy have sales tax enabled?
  • Are you using a custom invoice template? Pls specify the template style.

On the other hand, we can perform basic trouble shooting steps to address this issue, as certain settings can sometimes interfere with how QuickBooks performs its functions. Here's how you can do it:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

From there, you can log back into your account to start fresh. You can also use different supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

Please keep us updated on how it goes with your concern. We’re here to assist you every step of the way and ensure you find a solution.
