This new IA assistant it a waste of my time. Is there a way to turn it off. never gets it even close to correct.

    I agree - please provide a way to turn off or to manually initiate an AI interaction. Having a side panel open every single time I open a new page (and consider that I have to do this for all of my customers) I have to close the panel - this is very disruptive to my bookkeeping workflow. Please stop experimenting on your core customers.

    Sorry to say that they do not care that we dont like it or use it.  I am sure they are being forced to tell everyone that it is such a great time saving addition to quickboks.  Sadly it is not.  The feedback they say to send does absolutely nothing.  I am looking forward to the day when I am done using this product.  Hope that is soon.  Then again they dont care if they lose any customers.  Any threads that ask how to cancel they just simply tell them how to and dont even try to retain them as customers.  

     

    I love how they keep closing threads as "Solved" when they are actually not even addressed other that to say sorry we dont care that you dont like it.  Please submit feedback which we will not look at.
