The message "We’re sorry! You don't have access rights to view this data." is caused by a user trying to do something they don't have access rights to do. When this occurs, you can have a user with permissions to manage user profiles grant you the permission you need to do what you're trying to do.
You can change a user role from the Roles drop-down list. Time tracking roles can't be edited. Instead, you can delete them, then recreate them with their correct role.
Choose which account management settings you'd like to manage.
Select Save.
Any updated permissions for a user profile won't take affect until they sign out and back in to QuickBooks.
