what happened to my ability to pause a recurring invoice?

I swear just last week I was able to pause a scheduled, recurring invoice. Now "pause" is no longer in the drop down. Where did it go?

Hi, liz142. Missing options in QuickBooks Online can happen due to browser cache issues or scheduled maintenance. Have you tried logging out and back in, or using an incognito/private window to see if that resolves the issue?

Alternatively, you can edit the template and temporarily change the type to Unscheduled or Reminder. For guidance, see this link: Edit a recurring template.
