Could you please let me know what happened with the search bar on your invoice? Is the search bar missing? Providing this will help us provide a direct resolution.

 

If the search bar is not working as intended, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

 

First, refresh the browser. If the search bar still isn't functioning, let's try using a New Incognito or any other supported web browser to ensure you're logging in to the updated interface.

 

If the issue persists and the search bar is missing, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team to have this checked using their tools, which can help identify the root cause of the issue on your end and guide you through the necessary steps to take.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the upper right of your screen. 
  2. Click Contact Us below the Search bar. 
  3. Enter the "invoice search bar issue" in the box, then select Continue
  4. Choose Callback.

 

For now, we can use your mobile app to manually scroll through all invoices until the browser version works perfectly fine.
