What happened with my money it's showing paid but haven't been deposited yet?

If you’re new to QuickBooks Payments, your first set of customer payments will be deposited within five business days as your account is being set up. After that, future payments will arrive much faster.

To view your specific deposit speed in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner, then click Account and settings.
2. Select the Payments tab, then review the Deposit Speed section.

While you wait for your funds, check your email for any messages from QuickBooks in case there are actions you need to take.
