Question

When a customer accepts an estimate online, it sends them an email stating the acceptance. Why doesn't it send us a notification that the customer accepted the estimate?

It can be due to incorrect or mismatched email addresses set up for your business or the customer’s information. To receive email updates regarding activities related to your customer, ensure that both email addresses are accurate, as QuickBooks relies on these emails to send the updates, BWAquatics.

Here's how you can check:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click the Company tab.
  3. Please check the email addresses in both the Company Information and Customer Contact Information sections to ensure they are correct.

  4. Click Edit if you want to change the email.
  5. Then, hit Save.

Please note that you will only receive emails for future estimate approvals.
