Question

When creating an invoice, products and services do not populate in the dropdown, so I cannot create a new invoice nor can I create a new estimate. What is going on?

I created a new invoice, started typing the product as normal, no typeahead, no dropdown. Just a plain text entry block. I can't make an invoice or estimate.

When products and services are active, you can select them when creating invoices or other transactions. Since they aren't displaying, let's begin with basic troubleshooting to check if the issue is browser-related.

 

Start by logging out and back into QuickBooks. Next, refresh the page to see if the products and services are now populating.
