Question

When I send my invoices to people that use safari, the background appears see through and it cannot be read. Has anyone else had this problem?

You can suggest to your customers to use a different browser and check if it resolves the issue viewing their invoices, @premierhomehandy.

You can also encourage your customers to clear their browser's cache, as it can store excessive data that may cause QuickBooks to function improperly. The links below will guide your customers through the steps for clearing the cache in Safari and other browsers:

 

 

Alternatively, recommend your customer to update their Safari to the latest version for the best experience when using QuickBooks Online.

That is not helpful and is unreasonable. Business do not ask customers to go out of their way and jump through hoops in order to do business with them.

 

However, I can suggest that Intuit fix their code and create the invoices so that browsers will load and display them properly. Wouldn't that be fun for everyone?
