When trying to pay me via invoice, by any method, the client gets an error

I'll share information on why your client can't proceed when paying invoices, Sergei.

To start, may I ask what error message your client encountered when they tried to pay an invoice with any payment method? Any additional information can help us resolve the problem efficiently.

One of the possible reason why your client receive an error when paying invoices is that they have entered incorrect information. If everything is correct and your client still can't pay invoices, we can start by resending the invoice and letting your client access the invoice through a private browser.

Please refer to these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once there, try to check if your client can pay via invoice. If it's work, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Also, you can utilize another supported browser or device if this doesn't work.
