WHERE DID THE DROP DOWN FOR EXPENSES CHARGED BACK TO YOUR CUSTOMER

when I do an reimbursable expense back to a contractor  it used to auto show up when I go to an invoice for that customer there was a arrow to open and their it was . new invoice  layout its not there

Let me share info about why the option for reimbursable expenses to customers is not showing and direct you to the best possible help.

 

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-96533) about this issue. With that in mind, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team so they can add you as one of the affected users of the issue. Once the update is available, you'll receive a notification through e-mail. Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
