where do I go to see details about a support case I opened?

If you have already contacted our support team and been provided with a case number, it means your issue has been documented and is currently open under case, info2238.

You can reach out to our support team if you want to know or see more details about it. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the (?) Help icon and select the Search tab.
2. Type in Contact Us and click on it the bottom part.
   
3. Choose the Callback option.
4. Follow the prompts to connect to one of our representatives.
