Where has the Live Expert navigation button gone in the left hand panel menu?

Sometimes, a browser can accumulate a lot of frequently accessed pages, which could lead to unusual display behaviors in QBO. To resolve this, I recommend opening an incognito window in your browser to access the product with a clean slate. 

If the Live Experts menu appears, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot. 

On a different note, you have the option to personalize the Dashboard to display the most relevant and important information for your business at a glance. This can help streamline your workflow and improve your visibility into your finances.
