Howdy All,

I'm considering using Quickbooks at the start of 2026. I want to know which product is best for me.

Small business

LLC

Myself and 3 employees

Needs:

Invoicing

Quotes

Payroll (maybe w-2 and 1099)

Paying invoices

Possibly inventory??

Thank you for your help.

I appreciate you considering QuickBooks as your solution in 2026 and we're thrilled to help you find the product that best fits your business needs.

Based on your business setup, QuickBooks Online Plus would be a great choice to start, as it aligns well with your requirements. This plan supports inventory tracking, invoicing, quoting or estimates, and paying vendor bills, all while helping you manage your business efficiently. QBO Payroll can also be added to handle both W-2 and 1099 payments for employees, along with payroll tax filing.

Should your business expand, you can explore QBO Advanced, which offers more robust feature, such as batch transactions, smart reporting, and custom user roles.

I'll keep an eye on this thread if you have any questions about setting up your account or exploring additional QuickBooks options. We are available 24/7 to further assist you.
