Why can I not find receipts after receipt snap?

I snapped receipts in the app and even hours later, they do not appear in the online QBO or app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I logged out of QBO and shit down PC. Retried and still the same outcome. Please help.

I recommend directly contacting our Live Support team to further check why you’re unable to find the receipts after uploading/snapping them. They can also guide you through the next steps in resolving the issue.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
