Why can't I find my customers that I've added?I've had them saved for a couple years now and you go to customer and 5 will pop up.

To ensure all customers entered into QuickBooks Online (QBO) are visible and accessible, it's important to check if any of them have been marked as inactive, mmlawncare. This verification process will help you identify any customers that might not be displayed on your customers page. Let me provide the outlined steps below. 

If you notice that a customer is missing from your list, they may have been set to inactive status. To confirm the status of each customer in your QBO account, follow these detailed steps:

Here's how:

1. Go to the Customers menu.

2. Click the Gear icon on the left-side corner.

3. Under Other, tick the Include inactive box.

If the they are marked as inactive, they will appear as deleted next to their name. To reactivate them, click Make Active in the Action column.

If the issue persists, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to see if it is a browser issue. There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which can result in unusual behaviors in any online platform, including QBO.

To begin, open your QBO account in an incognito window. It will prevent the browser history from being saved. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, check if the customer's page now is functioning properly. If this resolves the issue, return to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the system and start with a clean slate. Alternatively, you may consider using other supported browsers.
