Hi, Sami. I understand the confusion. Have you signed up for a 30-days trial subscription? This usually happens when you sign up for a trial because it asks for your card details to get started. On that same page, it requests your authorization to proceed, stating that after the one-month free trial expires, the monthly renewal will be charged on the same day of the following month.

Please take note that the trial only lasts 30 days. After that, it will charge the bank details you entered previously. Once that is paid, you will have an active monthly subscription until the next month.

To double-check this, you can review your trial account by going to Gear icon > Subscription and billing. Check if it says 'Subscription' instead of 'Free trial ( If it says Subscription, it means you have moved past the trial period and the account has fully renewed). If you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, you can click the Cancel option to close your account.

Alternatively, you can go to accounts.intuit.com > enter your trial account credentials > go to Products and billing, click the Subscription dropdown , and hit the Cancel option.

However, to have this fully checked, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Solopreneur Live Support team to review your account status. They have the tools and capabilities to get this information on their end securely.

Please don't hesitate to leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
