Why does the QuickBooks app on iOS perform so poorly and rarely work?

1. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test your connection.
2. Close and reopen the QuickBooks app.
3. Restart your device.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
5. Check the App Store for updates and install the latest version.
6. Update your device’s operating system to the latest version.

To free up space without losing your app’s documents or data:

1. Open Settings and select General.
2. Tap iPhone Storage, then choose the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Tap Offload App to remove the app but retain its data.

Ive also found the phone app to be extremely buggy lately.

-asking me to sign in repeatedly on startup (3-4 times in a row in a loop just to get the app started)

-signing me in to a “blank” company with no data

-logging me out if i switch between apps

-products/services menu is empty sometimes and i have to use the search function 

-client list empty sometimes and i have to use the search function 

-app freezing and/or crashing randomly

-app is incredibly slow at times

-app seemingly gets stuck when saving (icon keeps spinning) forcing me to close the app and reopen it

it’s pretty bad!
