Here are the key reasons why instant transfer services may no longer appear:

 

  • If your linked debit card has expired, been removed, or is no longer eligible, the feature will stop working.
  • Instant transfers have usage limits (e.g., $5,000 per transaction, $10,000 per rolling 7 days). Transfers that exceed these limits or transactions flagged for review might restrict the availability of instant transfers.

 

To resolve this, I recommend the following steps:

 

  1. Check for notifications about account holds, status changes, or required verification.
  2. Confirm that you’re logged in as the Master Admin of your account to access this feature.
  3. Check if the linked debit card has expired or needs updating.

 

If everything looks correct and instant transfers still don’t appear, you may want to contact QuickBooks Payments support so they can check your account for restrictions or recent updates.
