Why isn’t the mileage filter showing 2026 for viewing mileage for this year?

Hi there, mike563. Since you mentioned this issue occurs on the mobile app, could you please let us know which specific mobile device you're using?

 

To resolve the issue, you can refresh the app by clearing its app data. Doing this will help remove any outdated files or cache that might be causing the 2026 filter not to appear.

 

If you're using iOS, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks Online app > Offload App.

 

If you're using Android, from the Home menu, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, select Settings > Refresh Data, and then press Yes.

 

After that, restart your device and log back into the app. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app for updates.
